What makes a family business unique?

Family businesses are unique because we share an exceptional culture and identity for the business. We are also driven by strong values and a sense of purpose beyond just making a profit. And we share common goals that are always focused on long-term success, and sustainability and are constantly committed to ensuring its success for future generations.

How has being part of a family business helped you achieve your goals?

In my personal experience, being part of a family business has helped me develop a broad range of skills and knowledge across different areas of the business like managing different properties in Real State, Retail operations, wholesale distribution, as well as being able to manage a Restaurant and its personnel. Furthermore, being part of a family business comes with its unique challenges and dynamics, and it is important to navigate these challenges and have a strong support system to communicate effectively to maximize the benefits of being in the business. Additionally, you must align your values, goals, a sense of fulfillment, and motivation to work towards common goals.
